Site visits and planning

  • A site visit may be offered at no cost (as stated on the Site or during communication).
  • A detailed plan or additional design/specification work may involve a fee. If a planning fee applies, we will communicate it before proceeding.
  • In some cases, a planning fee may be waived if you proceed with Pat’s for the full project (as stated on the Site or in writing).

No guarantee of exact outcomes

Concrete work involves variables outside our control (e.g., soil conditions, drainage patterns, weather). While we apply professional standards to minimize issues, you understand that:

  • Concrete may crack over time, and outcomes may vary based on conditions.
  • Scheduling may be impacted by weather, inspections, material availability, and site readiness.

4) Scheduling, Weather, and Delays

Project timing is often influenced by conditions beyond our control. Any dates, windows, or timelines discussed are estimates unless confirmed in a written agreement. We will communicate material schedule changes as early as reasonably possible.

5) Communications (Calls, Texts, Email)

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry (calls, emails, and/or texts). Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing emails using an unsubscribe link (if included) and may reply STOP to opt out of texts where applicable.

6) Call Tracking and Recording

We use call tracking to understand which marketing sources and web pages generate phone calls and to improve customer experience. Call tracking may involve tracking numbers that forward to our office line and collecting call-related data such as call time/date, duration, and referral source.

If call recording is enabled by our provider, calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training, subject to applicable law. If you do not wish to be recorded (where recording is enabled), you may tell us during the call or contact us by email instead.
